This wonderful anxiety relief roll-on is small and compact to join you on the go throughout your day. The lid actually has a clip to allow you to connect the roll-on to your purse, backpack, etc. Each bottle also has Amethyst & Opalite in it for protection & to help provide you with CALM & balance.

You can place this every morning or when you feel you need some help: on your temples, between your eyebrows, on the inside of your wrist, your ears, and your neck. If you are warding off panic, you will want to place it on the inside of your wrists &/or between your thumb & pointer finger and press down while you take some clearing breaths. 

This is a blend of jojoba, lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang & clary sage
